Introduction

Post-graduates are combinations of research and education, with the purpose to increase student skills and upgrade educational efficiency. In this level, students need to perform research and experiments for developing their knowledge with the aim to help the development and economic growth of country.
Post-Graduates Department is in charge of programming, handling and leading all research and educational affairs of post-graduate programs; as well as supervising best implementation of educational rules and regulations; decision making about various educational affairs; policy making and planning the improvement of research and education quality; in addition to holding the required courses and evaluating them in every post-graduate program.
Post-Graduates Department of Imam Javad Higher Education Institute was launched in 2011 by accepting the first students in Industrial Engineering- Efficiency and Systems Management; with the help of highly-qualified professors. This department currently accepts new students in 13 major.

  • Holding educational meetings about using HamanandJoo and Golestan Service Portals, for students and faculty members

  • Launching HamanandJoo Portal for preventing plagiarism

  • Offering remote services to students through telephone, cyber space, email, etc.

  • Holding online conferences for final defense meetings

  • Approving the dissertations in IranDoc

  • Receiving and investigating the scientific articles of students, and giving points to those articles

  • Reviewing and approving the graduation forms and documents

  • Planning, managing and guiding all research and educational affairs of post-graduate programs and supervising their best implementation in university

For Fall semester your deadline is Feb 4th, for Spring Semester is Sep 22nd

For Fall semester it is March 14th, and for Spring Semester it is till Oct 29th.

After proposal defense, you have at most 15 days.

After final defense, if the student has an article, they have at most 6 months; and if they don’t have articles, they have at most 15 days for finishing graduation procedure.
